Go to PlantPico Tracking Page
Enter your order number and email or tracking number to locate your protected order.
Once your order is found, you’ll see the Package Protected section like the one below:
The package was delayed: Report delivery delays automatically based on tracking information.
Item was damaged: Upload photos of the damage to proceed with the claim.
Item was lost: Provide relevant supporting documents if necessary.
Fill in the Required Information
Provide all necessary details about the issue:
For damaged items, include clear photos showing the damage and packaging.
For lost items, attach security footage or any required documents (e.g., carrier letter, police report).
You’ll find all the necessary guidance for submitting these details directly on the claim form.
Choose Your Payout Method
Select one of the following payout options:
PayPal: Instant multi-currency transfer.
Venmo: Instant USD transfer.
Direct Deposit: ACH transfer to a US bank account (1–3 business days).
