How to File a Claim

Learn how to easily file a claim through Seel’s Resolution Center for issues like delays, damages, or lost packages.

Follow these simple steps to file a claim:

  1. Go to PlantPico Tracking Page

    • Enter your order number and email or tracking number to locate your protected order.

    • Once your order is found, you’ll see the Package Protected section like the one below:

      • The package was delayed: Report delivery delays automatically based on tracking information.

      • Item was damaged: Upload photos of the damage to proceed with the claim.

      • Item was lost: Provide relevant supporting documents if necessary.

  2. Fill in the Required Information

    • Provide all necessary details about the issue:

      • For damaged items, include clear photos showing the damage and packaging.

      • For lost items, attach security footage or any required documents (e.g., carrier letter, police report).

    • You’ll find all the necessary guidance for submitting these details directly on the claim form.

  3. Choose Your Payout Method

    Select one of the following payout options:

    • PayPal: Instant multi-currency transfer.

    • Venmo: Instant USD transfer.

    • Direct Deposit: ACH transfer to a US bank account (1–3 business days).
