Check the Tracking Information: Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the current status of your package.
Contact the Carrier: If your package is significantly delayed, reach out to the carrier (USPS) for more information.

We take great care to ensure your plants are packaged securely, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged:
Document the Damage: Take photos of the damaged package and its contents as soon as you receive it.
Contact Us Immediately: Email the photos and a description of the damage to support@plantpico.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund.
