π± Getting Started with Your PlantPico Terrarium
Welcome to PlantPico! Your terrarium has been carefully prepared and protected for safe delivery. Follow these steps to unbox it properly and learn the basics of care during the first week.
π¦ Unboxing & Setup
Follow these steps immediately after receiving your terrarium:
Take the terrarium out of the box carefully β hold it from the base to avoid pressure on the glass.
Remove the outer plastic wrap β this keeps the terrarium sealed during transit.
Take out the cotton padding β we use soft cotton inside to protect the plants and preserve the arrangement.
Remove the protective towels around the plants β gently lift them out to let your plants breathe. Sometimes this white material may look like mold, but donβt worry β itβs only the protective cover we use. Just remove all the white pieces from the top of the plants.
Take off the plant protectors β these are small coverings placed on delicate leaves or stems.
Clean gently β wipe the glass if it has smudges from shipping, and remove any leaves that may have dropped during transit.
Inspect your terrarium β make sure the glass is intact and the plants look healthy.
π Note: Your terrarium is already fully assembled. You donβt need to add soil, plants, or decorations. Just place it in the right spot and enjoy!

β They may be adjusting from shipping. Keep them in indirect light and mist lightly β most bounce back within a few days.
βWhat if my terrarium develops mold?β
β Reduce watering and increase airflow. Wipe the glass gently with a soft cloth, and try to carefully clean any visible mold from the plants or soil.
βCan I use fertilizer?β
