Your terrarium is handcrafted with living plants and natural materials, so every order receives the same attention to detail we give our gardens.
Follow this guide to understand how your order travels from our studio to your door.
🌱 1. Processing & Handcrafting
Each piece is made to order.
Handcrafting & Packing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Quality Check: We inspect every terrarium for healthy plants and secure glass before it leaves our studio.
đźšš 2. Shipping Timeline
Free Shipping – Always. No minimum purchase required.
Transit Estimate (USA): 6–16 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: about 2–4 weeks from the day you place your order.
Seasonal surges or carrier delays can extend this window slightly, but we’ll keep you updated.
🔎 3. Tracking Your Package
When your order ships you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a live tracking link.
Lost the email? Contact support@plantpico.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
✏️ 4. Changes & Cancellations
Need to cancel? Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Address updates: Email us immediately—changes can only be made before the package leaves our studio.
🛡️ 5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
Damage on arrival: Please keep the item and packaging and email clear photos to support@plantpico.com within 30 days of delivery.
Delayed or lost shipment: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or the package hasn’t arrived 48 days after shipping confirmation, contact us and we’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
🌍 6. Special Notes
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please provide a full street address (including apartment or suite number if applicable) to ensure successful delivery.We currently ship to many countries worldwide.
If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please email support@plantpico.com and our team will confirm whether we can arrange delivery to your location.

I do not have a tracking number
