Tracking Shows “Label Created” for a Long Time
It’s normal for your tracking page to stay on “Shipping Label Created” or “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” for several days—even though your terrarium is already on the way.
Here’s why that happens and what you can do.
🌱 Why the Status Stays the Same
Carrier Scans Are Delayed
After we hand the package to the shipping company, the next update depends on when their facilities scan it.In-Transit Without a Scan
Your order may be moving between regional hubs or waiting in a trailer that hasn’t been scanned yet.High-Volume Periods
Holidays, storms, or carrier staffing shortages can slow the first “in-transit” scan.
🚚 What This Means for Your Order
Your terrarium has shipped and is in transit—it’s simply not showing the next tracking update yet.
This delay does not affect your delivery date in most cases.
Note: Our free-shipping service can take up to 20 business days to reach you, depending on the carrier and your location. A few extra days in “Label Created” status is still within the normal delivery window.
🔎 What You Can Do
Keep Using the Tracking Link
Updates can appear suddenly once the package reaches the next facility.Check Back Daily
Scans often appear within a few business days, but during peak periods it can take up to a week.Still No Update After 10 Days?
Email support@plantpico.com with your order number. We’ll open a ticket with the carrier and keep you informed.
💡 Tips for Faster Help
Include your order number and the tracking number from your confirmation email.
If you moved recently, double-check the shipping address we have on file.
Even when the tracking page looks stuck, your terrarium is already traveling toward you.
Thank you for your patience while the carrier’s system catches up.
