We understand that plans can change, but once your terrarium order enters production, it can no longer be stopped.
Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
⏱️ Cancellation Window
24-Hour Limit: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@plantpico.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, our team has already begun handcrafting, packing, and creating the shipping label, so the order is locked for processing.
🚚 Why We Can’t Cancel After 24 Hours
Shipped or In Transit: Even if the tracking page still shows “Label Created” or there are carrier delays, your package is already with the shipping company.
No Interception Possible: Once a terrarium has left our facility, carriers cannot stop or return live-plant shipments mid-transit.
✅ What You Can Do Instead
Wait for Delivery: Most orders arrive within our normal window of 6–16 business days (up to 20 business days during peak times).

Replacement or Return: If there’s an issue once your order arrives, you can request a replacement or return within 30 days of delivery—just keep the product and email us photos so we can help.
