Plants Arrived Damaged or Died Quickly

Time Limit: All replacement requests must be submitted and confirmed within 30 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 30 days from delivery.
Damage caused by mishandling or improper care after arrival.
Normal plant variations or minor cosmetic differences (each terrarium is unique).
